Scrappetizer is for scrapbookers, stampers, crafters and anyone who needs a weekend away to work on what they want to do.  We have fun and enjoy the company of other likeminded folks.

 Each weekend is different. Some have a few meals included and others do not. Please refer to specific event.

 We often play music during the weekend. Playing your own music is not permitted unless you use your own earphones or are in one of our private  / small crop rooms.

Most of our scrapbooking weekend crops run from 8 a.m on Friday through 3 pm on Sunday (some locations the hours vary) The crop room will stay open until 2:30am or the last person leaves. We reopen at 7:30 on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  

Some locations have early bird set up from 8pm -11pm

Please list the friends you would like to sit with at the crop.  We are happy to seat you with your cropping friends. If you are coming solo - that is okay too. We are a friendly group.

Typically shopping is reserved for attendees only. Some crops will have open hours for locals who cannot attend but want to stop and shop.  Contact scrappetizer@gmail.com for a specific location.

Scrappetizer provides some tools that you can use while you are attending. • Bring scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects, pictures, camera
• a covered coffee or drink mug
• overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, swimming suit....
• we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
• shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology

If you pay a deposit, the final balance is due 30 days before the crop start date. If you don't pay your balance by this date, you will be canceled and will need to register at the late registration rate which is typically $25-$30 additional.

Unless specifically mentioned, our weekends are designed for adults. Please do not register anyone under 16 unless the weekend specifically allows younger attendees.

 We offer credits for future crops for money that has not been paid out for your event after the cancellation fee is applied.  We try our best to give you a full credit but are not always able to do so.

There is a $50 fee for cancellations that occur up to 45 days  before event start; $75 fee for cancellations that occur 14-44 days before event start. We cannot guarantee any credit for cancellations 0-11 days before event start.  

If you don't pay your final balance due amount within 30 days of crop start, you registration will be forfeit and you will need to re-register at the higher rate.
