We are returning to the Heritage Hotel in Lancaster, PA. You can crop day and night and of course we will have plenty of shopping. Most meals are included. We love the great space at this hotel!

Early Bird Thursday with extended time 5pm - 11pm! (Early Bird Admission)
Friday & Saturday 7:30am - 2:30am and Sunday 7:30am - 3:00pm
Everyone will have a 6 foot table space and electric will be at each table group.

Meals are included at Loxley's. The food is terrific. All packages INCLUDE the hotel costs & taxes and your crop space/meals as listed.

What is happening
Reserved crop space 7PM Thursday (Early bird) until Sunday at 3PM
Everyone will have a 6 foot table space and electric will be at each table group.
Meals
Meals are on your own. There is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast and dinner and plenty of option s for local restaurants and delivery.

Registration
Package prices are per person $185 or 3 day package. You will make your own Hotel Room Reservations at the Chateau for $99 night. The room block is open. Call Chateau 570-629-5900 to make a room reservation in the Scrappetizer room block 570-629-5900. Be sure to request Scrappetizer rate!
Final balance must be paid by Oct. 6 , 2025 after Oct 7 pay $210 total
